The Japanese Industrial Production May Assists In Weakening The Economic Recovery
Industrial production in Japan appears less than expected to increase the signs that the financial drawings stimulus in the global markets may has a negative effects on the economic performance overall the world, with this downfall that starts to appear in the Japanese industrial sector, that may leads to the Japanese economic recovery.
Japan's industrial production for October came in 0.5% compared with expectations that where pointing to increase to 2.5%, and the previous reading revised to 1.4% from 2.1%.
As for the yearly reading it shows a decline of -15.1% versus the previous revised reading of -18.9% after it was -18.4% and the expectation were pointing to 13.4% decline.
This regression in the industrial sector in Japan, indicates that drawing stimulus process from the Japanese government side and other governments around the world may assist with a big share in weaken the real economy in Japan and also other countries, especially that the Japanese enterprises performance wasn't positive enough, which will more raise the expectations that corporate sector in Japan will come over this dilemma.
On the other side the Japanese Jen has showed a great progress, to reach his best ceiling from about 14 years against us dollar, the thing that shares in the Japanese corporation's sales downfall so this is reflected on the industrial sector performance. Then the global demand became fluctuated and the raised Yen assists in the process of weakening in the Japanese industrial sector that may work on weakening the Japanese economic recovery.
The Japanese government continues on freezing purchasing debts programs from the corporations by the ending of this year which increases the fears that the Japanese economy might face new dilemma because of the inability of the Japanese markets recovery without any financial aid from the Japanese Government.
The Japanese central bank still protecting his current financial policy which is the deflation may cause, which makes us conclude that the process of increasing the interest rate from the Japanese central bank is something that is hard to happened.
