Japanese Machine Tool Orders Rise Annual 0.3% in April |

(CEP News) - A preliminary look at Japanese machine tool orders showed a 0.3% annual increase in April compared to the previous month's 3.3% gain.
Domestic orders declined 8.7% year-over-year in April accelerating March's 4.8% fall, while foreign orders rose 8.0%, below the previous 11.2% gain. In month-over-month terms, total machine tool orders fell 8.7% in April compared to March's 8.5% increase. By Erik Kevin Franco,
