(CEP News) - The Australian conference board is expected to release its composite index, which measures short to mid-term growth in the Australian economy. The prior figure showed a decline of 0.1%.
Australia will also see the release of the private capital expenditure report for Q2, which tracks private sector capital investment. It is expected to rise by 2.0% in the second quarter, a much better performance from the prior quarter's -2.5% figure. In Kanazawa, Japan, Bank of Japan member Miyako Suda will be speaking.
