ECB's González-Páramo Says Bank Could Act at Any Time |

(CEP News) Frankfurt - In San Sebastian, Spain on Friday, European Central Bank Executive Board member José Manuel González-Páramo said the ECB could act at any time to fulfill its mandate of price stability and that it will continue to monitor incoming data very closely.
González-Páramo also said that fighting second-round inflation is possible for the central bank and emphasized that unchecked price growth could lead to unemployment. By Todd Wailoo,
