ECB's Wellink Sees Improvements in Markets, Warns Against Drawing Conclusions |

(CEP News) Frankfurt - Nederlandsche Bank President Nout Wellink attended the G10 meeting in Basel, Switzerland on Monday and said in an interview with Market News International that while markets remain fragile, he saw some improvements and warned against drawing conclusions on market developments.
Wellink also stated that he found the rise in U.S. equities puzzling, given market uncertainties. By Todd Wailoo,
