Inflation Rising Worldwide, No Change in Stance, Says ECB's Constancio |

(CEP News) Frankfurt - Speaking to reporters in Lisbon on Friday, European Central Bank Governing Council member VĂtor Manuel Ribeiro ConstĂ¢ncio said inflation has risen worldwide and that there was no change in the ECB's stance.
Constâncio, also the Governor of the Bank of Portugal, stated that forecasts show the euro zone and Germany will see slowdowns in the coming quarter and that Europe is not immune to the current U.S. market crisis.
