Spanish Government Plans to Increase Deposit Insurance |

(CEP News) - According to Spanish news organization EFE, the government plans to increase its guarantees on deposits in the country, but did not reveal by how much.
Spain currently insures €20k in deposits in commercial banks. Earlier on Monday, Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero met with the heads of top banks in Spain to discuss the financial market crisis. By Erik Kevin Franco,
