ABC Consumer Confidence Hits New Bottom at -54 |

(CEP News) - The weekly ABC News Consumer Confidence Index hit a new record low reading of -54 for the week ending Nov. 30.
The survey has been in negative territory for the past 69 weeks. The state of the economy component dropped to -86 from the prior month's -84 reading, while the personal finance category dropped to -16 from -14 and the buying climate fell to -60 from the prior week's -58 reading. By Steve Stecyk,
