About the Editor...

Edward R. Saltzbergholds a Ph.D. specializing in Resource Economics from the University of Virginia and a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. For over 25 years, he has been a senior Federal consultant responsible for conducting research and evaluating public policy issues. His business experience includes petroleum, manufacturing, information management and environmental services and compliance.

Dr. Saltzberg has been an active investor, trader and stock analyst since 1988. Prior to joining StreetAuthority he was the editor of the MoneyFlow Weekly, a subscription newsletter service focusing on applying technical analysis to short and long-term trading. Using his proprietary stock analysis tools Dr. Saltzberg’s completed 2004 trading picks for that newsletter returned an average of +11.6% per trade to subscribers.

Dr. Saltzberg brings to MoneyFlow Winners an extensive background in quantitative analytical methods, which he then applies to financial and economic data. He is an expert in evaluating moneyflow trends, and these help him identify sectors and individual stocks that are poised to make significant price moves. Over the years his documented track record and clear explanation of market forces and price trends have won praise from thousands of investors.
