Speculative long positions declined -25 944 contracts while shorts slumped -44 401 contracts. For refined oil products, NET LENGTH for gasoline declined -5 814 contracts to 74 188, while NET SHORT for heating oil added +500 contracts to 757 for the week. NET SHORT for natural gas futures plunged -15 049 contracts to 121 088 contracts for the week.
