EURGBP continues to trend lower and falls to the lowest since late May 2025 on Wednesday.
The Euro was pressured by rise of French 10-y bond yields to the highest in over four years and further stretch of French German yield spread, while hotter than expected UK inflation lifted pound.
Firmly bearish daily studies contribute to negative outlook, although strongly oversold RSI suggests that bears may take a breather after finding footstep at 0.8373 Fibo support (76.4% retracement of 0.8222/0.8865 Dec2025/Nov2025 ascend).
Near term action bounced from new low at 0.8371 but still holds below initial barrier at 0.8400 (round figure), with extended upticks to be ideally capped by falling 10DMA (0.8436) former low of July 15 (0.8454) to mark healthy correction before larger bears regain control.
