XRP Price Technical Analysis
XRP price saw a fresh decline from well above $1.350, like Bitcoin. There was a steady drop below $1.320 and $1.30, pushing it into a bearish zone.
Looking at the 4-hour chart, the price even tested the $1.2525 support before the bulls took a stand. There was a minor recovery wave above $1.2850. The price tested the 38.2% Fib retracement level of the downward move from the $1.3974 swing high to the $1.2522 low.
However, the price is still well below the 100 simple moving average (red, 4 hours) and the 200 simple moving average (green, 4 hours). On the upside, the price might face resistance near $1.3250 and the 50% Fib retracement.
The next major resistance could be the 100 simple moving average (red, 4 hours) at $1.3280. The main hurdle might be near a bearish trend line at $1.3550.
A successful close above the trend line resistance might spark a decent increase. In the stated case, the price may rise toward $1.40. If there is a fresh decline, the price might find bids near the $1.2640 level. The first major support could be $1.2525. Any more losses might open the doors for a test of $1.120.
Looking at Bitcoin, the bears remained active below $85,000 and might soon aim for a drop to a new weekly low below $78,800.
