Intraday bias in EUR/CHF remains neutral at this point and outlook is unchanged. On the downside, break of 1.0814 will indicate that rebound from 0.9970 has completed at 1.0400, ahead of 38.2% retracement of 1.1149 to 0.9970 at 1.0420. In this case, intraday bias will be turned back to the downside for retesting 0.9970 low. On the upside, break of 1.0400 will resume the rebound to 1.0610 key structural resistance.

In the bigger picture, long term down trend from 1.2004 (2018 high) is still in progress. Next target is 100% projection of 1.2004 to 1.0505 to 1.1149 at 0.9650. In any case, sustained break of 1.0505 support turned resistance is needed to be the first sign of medium term bottoming. Otherwise, outlook will remain bearish.

EUR/GBP Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 0.8341; (P) 0.8371; (R1) 0.8419; More...

Intraday bias in EUR/GBP stays neutral at this point. On the downside, below 0.8294 will resume the fall from 0.8456 to retest 0.8201 low. Firm break there will resume larger down trend. On the upside, however, break of 0.8456 will resume the rebound from 0.8201 to 0.8476 structural resistance.

In the bigger picture, the down trend from 0.9499 is expected to continue as long as 0.8476 resistance holds. Sustained trading below 0.8276 support will argue that the whole up trend from 0.6935 (2015 low) has reversed. Deeper fall should be seen to 61.8% retracement of 0.6935 to 0.9499 at 0.7917 next. However, firm break of 0.8476 will indicate medium term bottoming at least. Focus will be back on 55 week EMA (now at 0.8523) for more evidence of bullish reversal.

Intraday bias in EUR/AUD is turned neutral, as it recovered after failing to sustain below 1.4561 low. Further fall is still in favor with 1.4084 minor resistance intact. Firm break of 1.4561 should confirm larger down trend resumption. Next target is 1.3623 projection level. Next target is 61.8% projection of 1.9799 to 1.5250 from 1.6434 at 1.3623, which is close to 1.3624 long term support (2017 low). Some support could be seen there to bring interim rebound. But overall, break of 1.5354 support turned resistance is needed to be the first sign of medium term bottoming. Otherwise, outlook will stay bearish in case of recovery.

Decline from 1.4248 could still be a corrective move, or it could be the start of a long term down trend. In either case, deeper decline would be seen back to 61.8% retracement of 2.1161 to 1.1409 at 1.2493. In any case, break of 1.3748 resistance is needed to indicate medium term bottoming, or outlook will stay bearish.

Support from 55 day EMA will also retain near term bullishness. Intraday bias will be back on the upside for 0.9459 first. Break will resume the rise from 0.8756 to 61.8% projection of 0.8756 to 0.9471 from 0.9090 at 0.9532. However, sustained break of 55 day EMA (now at 0.9261) will target 0.9149 support.

A medium term up trend should be set up to target 1.0237/0342 resistance zone.

USD/JPY Daily Outlook

USD/CAD Daily Outlook

Daily Pivots: (S1) 1.2463; (P) 1.2528; (R1) 1.2582; More...

Intraday bias in USD/CAD is turned neutral with current recovery and some consolidations could be seen. But further decline is still expected as long as 1.2645 resistance holds. Corrective pattern from 1.2005 could have completed already. Firm break of 1.2448 support should confirm this bearish case and bring retest of 1.2005. On the upside, nevertheless, break of 1.2645 will turn bias back to the upside for 1.2899 resistance instead.

In the bigger picture, focus stays on 38.2% retracement of 1.4667 (2020 high) to 1.2005 (2021 low) at 1.3022. Sustained break there should confirm that the down trend from 1.4667 has completed after defending 1.2061 long term cluster support. Further rise would then be seen towards 61.8% retracement at 1.3650. However, rejection by 1.3022 will maintain medium term bearishness. Break of 1.2005 will resume the down trend from 1.4667 and that carries larger bearish implications too.
